GM Performance Parts (GMPP) offers the LS9 supercharger kit. It enables engine builders to use the power-adder behind the Corvette ZR1 on any engine with LS3 heads or the LS3 port configuration, including some engines using GMPP’s LSX-LS3 or LSX-LS9 six-bolt heads.

The supercharger uses Eaton’s advanced Twin-Vortices Series (TVS) four-lobe rotor design for a broader, more efficient performance range. It helps the 6.2L LS9 engine produce 638 hp in the ZR1.

GMPP’s LS9 supercharger kit (PN 19244103) includes the assembled supercharger, fuel rail with injectors, integrated throttle body, and dual brick intercooler. The builder must supply the engine’s LS9’s front drive accessories and drive beltavailable as a kit from GMPP (PN 19243524)and other intercooler plumbing components. The supercharger is not compatible with LS1, LS2, LS6, or LS7 heads, and hood modifications may be required with C5, C6, and some other vehicles.

Interessant. Die von GM haben wohl im Forum mitgelesen und die Marktlücke erkannt.

Vermutlich wird der Preis jedoch deutlich über den anderen Anbietern liegen. Und offensichtlich passt das Teil auch nicht unter die normale Motorhaube der C6.

Da würde ich Edelbrock oder A&A vorziehen.
