Race seats for C5 convert

Hello,

First of all, please accept my apologies for writing in English. My German language level is very basic.

I am a French Corvette C5 owner. I own a 2000 convert with manual gear box which makes 393 hp, and has pfadt Motorsport suspension and performance friction brakes. I use my C5 on the track.

I would like to upgrade my seats and I was wondering if you guys in Germany have found direct fit race seats solutions?
Here in France, we find lots of race seats, but no specific adaptor for the C5.

They look brilliant. But they become very expensive, especially if you import them here.

I am thinking about two possibilities :

- import the Corbeau A4 seats and the gear to adapt them in the car : cheap, good quality and I am sure they will fit because they are sold massively in the states

- buy the Recaro pole position and find a way to mount them (I don't want any complicated thing, only a "plug and play" solution)

Are these seats street legal in Germany? Just wondering because the price is hot and I´m also still in the USA

I dont think they are. They are not sold in Europe.

Still, I think I am going for them. Here in France the risk is very limited.
