Well I have concluded with my client regards your asking price after cross-checking the requested pics you sent and finally he has accepted your price,he hopes the engine is serviced and oil changed as well.
Presently my client is out of town to Japan for a business trip,however he made out a certified cashier's check of 30,000,00euro for a previous car and it's shipment but it was unfortunately sold
Due to the company's policy that guides all cancelled earlier made payment,the cashier's check will be send
to you as the owner of the item(s) being purchased by our client.

since the check bears the total expenses that's purchasing of your car,the pick up of the car from its present
location by the delivery agent and the shipping charges/other necessary shipping arrangements.
You're required to deduct the cost of your car as soon as you receive the check and send the
balance to the delivery agent via money gram international money transfer/westernunion money transfer
to enable him offsets shipping charges/arrangements/insurance fees etc.

Once the transaction is concluded and delivery agent having offsets all necessary charges regards shipment,
he'll be coming for the pick up of the car from its present location,on an open vehicle and then drive to a
prepaid shipper for shipment,and also conclude other necessary shipping arrangements.
So you don't have to bother yourself about the pick up and shipping arrangements,while title papers and other
necessary documets will be sent by you via courier services to my customer.
Please your urgent reply needed with the required informations

Klingt gefährlich.
Kaufste ein Fahrzeug von drüben, wollen die das volle Geld, quasi vorab.
Transaktion Konto via Konto, dann haste was in der Hand (wenn auch nicht viel, aber immerhin), inkl. Käuferdaten und kannst vorab durch Datenaustausch nachforschen lassen.
Ergo:
Der gleiche Weg Rückwärts währe für mich Normal.

Sag ihm, er solle Dir das Geld überweisen. Sobald es Deinem Konto gutgeschrieben ist, geht das Auto raus.

Ausländische Schecks können erst gutgeschrieben, nach einigen Tagen dann aber mangels Deckung (oder ähnlichem) platzen.

Komisch, dass der alte Trick bei Autokäufern immer noch versucht wird.

Eine Mail ähnlichen Inhalts bekommt fast jeder, der ein etwas teureres Auto zu verkaufen hat.

Hatte unlängst mal einen Holländer am Telefon, der sogar mit schlecht gefälschtem Briefkopf gefaxt hat.

Dass er bar zahlen solle, hat ihm überhaupt nicht gefallen, hat sich komischerweise dann auch nicht mehr gemeldet.

BTW, Schecks ausländischer Banken können selbst nach Wochen oder Monaten noch platzen.

ganz böse masche! unbedingt finger weg, weil der scheck auch noch nach langer zeit wieder zurückgebucht werden kann, obwohl das geld schon auf deinem konto war!

dito wenn an die western union überwiesen werden soll: dort kann jeder mit dem passwort an das geld ran.
andere masche: du bekommst scheck über 30.000,- obwohl auto nur 25.000,- kostet.
best case: du verlierst 5TEUR. worst case: du verlierst auto und 5 TEUR.

lass es besser sein!

Natürlich lass ich die Finger hier weg.
Habe das eigentlich als Warnung gepostet . Dass es das überhaupt nocht gibt ?

Habe trotzdem nett zurückgeantwortet, dass ich vor solchen Transaktionen gewarnt wurde und halt nur Auto gegen Bargeld tausche.

Habe aehnliche Angebote bekommen, als ich damals meinen Mitsubishi 3000 GT verkauft habe.

Du sendest die Differenz zurueck und der Dir uebersendete Scheck kann noch nach mehreren Wochen storniert werden. Dann hast Du kein Geld mehr auf dem Konto und Deine 5 TE sind weg.

Habe damals bei der Beratungsstelle der Kripo in Duesseldorf angerufen. Die haben mich gar nicht ausreden lassen, weil diese Masche so oft vorkommt.

Wie alle Vorredner schon gesagt haben: Finger weg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
