C5 Z06 Wert?

I was wondering what a fair market price is for a '02 -'04 (C5) Z06 with 20-30k on the clock and in the condition you would expect a low mileage, an intestine groomed vehicle. I am in the NYC area. I do not really have a timeframe in which I need him and I can drive with the right car. Do you also believe that its value will change dramatically when the C8 goes on sale?

PS I would like to pay the $ 25,000 that most people charge at Autotrader, as I think the car is worth so much. I just do not think the market agrees and I do not want to burn myself when it's time to sell it. I learned that the hard way with my last car
