so war am We beim Krecher in Mönchengladbach! Er meinte das am aller besten das 5w30 wäre und bei den 0-40 es evtl. zu Hydro klackern kommen könnte! so jedenfalls habe ich mir jetzt das Valvoline SynPower 5 W30 hat und alle Gm Freigaben hat sowie ACEA 3 freigabe hat! Das ist the best oil was überhaupt geht! So hoffe das ich damit auch gut fahre!

Oh je. Ich habe jetzt mal unzählige Ölthemen durchgelesen, habe gedacht ich bin dann schlauer aber jetzt bin ich noch mehr verwirrt.

Ich habe eine Corvette C6 LS3, hat 26000km runter. Ich habe den Wagen von einer Chevrolet Garage gekauft vor gut 2 Wochen.

Ich habe mich heute mal erkundigt welches Motorenöl die bis jetzt genommen haben. Die sagen mir:

Castrol SLX 0W-30

Dieses Öl finde ich nirgends im Handbuch und auch hier in den Foren hat das wohl noch keiner genommen. Ist das ein Problem?

Wichtig ist ja auch, dass man Öl nicht mischt, sprich dass ich jetzt nicht mit z.B. Mobil 1 5w 30 nachfülle oder? Danke für eure Antwort.

Öle sind untereinander Mischbar kein Problem, nur wird das ganze eben
Insgesammt besser oder eben schlechter.


Modus Ironie an
Warum nicht einfach 6 oder 7 der verschiedenen Öle Kaufen, und rein damit.
Dann hat man von jeder Meinung etwas. Alle Vor und Nachteile schön verteilt und von
jedem Additiv etwas .....:)

Solange du in der tempolimitierten Schweiz bleibst, könnte ein -30 Öl sogar reichen, wird in den USA ja auch gefahren...

Aber mal im ernst. Öle sind durchaus untereinander mischbar. Aber wenn es vermeidbar ist, dann würde ich es lassen.

An deiner Stelle würde ich das Mobil1 0W40 einfüllen, soweit es die Norm erfüllt (wovon ich ausgehe).

Genau, 15W40 habe ich auch in meiner LS2. Dieses "neumodische" Leichtlauföl oder gar Synthetik sorgte in meiner LS2 für sehr niedrigen Öldruck. Herr Moll hat mir dazu geraten, die Corvettemotoren sind ja nicht gerade High-Techmotoren. Jetzt ist der Öldruck wieder im "grünen" Bereich.
