Zitat:Use understandable language. Wrong: Current version WITH original C5 emblem - as shown - soft coupler on both sides (re-inforced black rubber hose to the MAFS, anthracite silicone hose with BPP logo to the Throttle Body) with all fastening material = brand new and ready to bolt-on. Instructions are enclosed - real easy job to do - also looks great! Looks completely harmless when installed - like an OEM part. (extreme example, but already happened) - if you really want to bring your clean English to the lecture, please post at www.corvetteforum.com .
The user asked here because he wanted to know how the topic is handled in Europe and obviously does not speak German. Now you can see it at the touch of a button, yes, this is a German-speaking forum, but you can also be nice to foreign guests.

Edgar,
Thank you; you seem to be a reasonable & friendly soul who was willing to engage in an intelligent discussion on how things are in Germnay regarding my topic. I will probably go the winter/summer route as you suggested. I daily drive my Vette but will park it when it is cold & wet outside.
Yes, I am originally from the US and had no reference for how the issue of high-performance all-season tires is handled in Germany. I just purchased my 2019 GS and despite the snide/bigot comments from some on this forum, no it was not just across the border with Poland.
I came here thinking that I could exchange ideas and even perhaps join some meetups with like-minded auto enthusiasts but I must say that this far it seems that many are simply only interested in hate. Hope I am wrong.
