Choice of C3's... Help wanted!!!

short answer: sorry, but I just lost my crystal ball.
Little longer answer: No one will be able to help you with so little info on the cars. Let me give you an example: #3 has an LS engine swap: where do you live? If in Germany you can forget about reduced taxes with that kind of mods. You´d probably even have a hard time getting it street legal (same may apply for the side pipes/headers). If you live in the US - congrats, probably no probs.
How much do you know about Vettes? Enough to state that the paint is really B+ (meaning you can just drive the car for years to come without worrying)? Cos IF you have to redo the paint - good luck with that, you´ll be hard pressed to find a decent paint job (at least in Germany) at reasonable prices.
Just 2 examples why it´s close to impossible to help you with that poor kind of info - if you really want some help we need way more input, especially pics!
