There is one small chance left, but only, if your car was originally imported to Canada.
The Canadians kept a copy of the build sheet in their files and still have them, also for older C3.
Sadly, the USA cars never did, not the authorities, nor GM ?
I posted my car's VIN and unfortunately, it was not known in Canada.
