Geiger Performance

Hi Everybody!

Sorry but I cant write in german.

I live in sweden and I am searching for c5 98-99 coupe I have seen some on mobile.de at geiger perfomance and my question is how polite is this company, are the cars they sell only imort from US and what should I pay for a 98 or 99 in germany.

welcome to the forum!
If you can't write German, can you read it? There is some information about Geiger available. You could access it using the "SUCHEN" function. At least you made your way through registration.

Why would you buy a vette 2000km away from home? ...

To give you a short idea what I understood from discussions here:
Opinions about Geiger are extremly different. Some people are very happy with Geiger and get all service they expect, others really aren't. One person got into a serious argument about the vette he bought at Geigers' about quality and promisses...

One thing do they all have in commen, Geiger is NOT a low price place.
This place seems not to be an official GM dealer.

I can't tell you about a fair price for a C5, but there are some other guys around who will drop in soon...

The only reason I search for c5 in germany is because the high prices on cars in sweden and it`s worth the 2000km trip to germany. To find the dream car.

I understand german but it`s way much more difficult to speak it.

You also can try it @ http://www.auto-weidling.de He`s a dealer for exotic cars.Sometimes he`s got some C5`s.
The worse thing is his service...buy it or leave.. .but he´s got the best prices.I bought my C4 there (85) for only 7000€ and it was in a good condition.Easyly try his Homepage or call him.

i've seen a thread from another guy (Jorgen) from sweden who will also buy a C5 in Germany. As he told us he will drive to germany within the next 4 weeks. Maybe you can contact him by email or he will answer your post here. If you two can drive to a german dealer to buy TWO Vettes at one time a big discount should be possible.

Oha....ich bin nicht der einzige Schwede hier.....

Unsere Schwedische "Hinterhof"Händler kaufen in Deutschland meistenes ungepflegte Fzge
mit hohen Km-LL.
Diese Fzge sind für uns ziemlich günstig, aber ein Deutscher wurde nicht seine Augen glauben.
Aber wer will solche Fzge kaufen...?
Deswegen sind wir dankbar daß Deutschland ein vernünftiges Preisniveau hat.

Du undrar om firman är seriös? Jo det är dom. Om bilen är av USA-Modell säger dom alltid det uttryckligt. Anledningen att de ligger ca. 1000 dyrare än de andra skrothögarna som annonseras ut, är att de aldrig backar mätarna på bilarna.
Den lilla prisskillnaden är värd varenda öre, tro mig!
