Hei!
Suche fuer meinen juengeren Sohnemann einen unverbastelten Ford Capri 2,0, die letzte Version (Mark III?), nicht juenger wie 1983 bis 4000,-.
Mobile + Scout haben nix interessantes oder keiner antwortet auf Emails+Telefonate. Gibt es irgendwo Ford Capri spezifische Seiten/ Suchmaschinen mit dementsprechenden Verkaufzanzeigen?
Googeln hat nicht so viel gebracht.

Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit europæischen Auto Transportfirmen?

Ich spreche parallel den Alt-Ford-Papst in meiner Nachbarschaft an.

Transport? So ein Auto wird auf eigener Achse bewegt. Und zwar vom Sohn himself. Er soll doch was lernen und eigene Abenteuer bestehen.

Kollege von mir hat noch einen in Einzelteilen daheim.
Alles vor 10 Jahren zerlegt und dann einfach damit aufgehört, ich glaube der würde verkaufen, er weis nämlich nicht ob er das jemals wieder zusammen bekommt

Abenteuer meiner Jungs: da bin ich froh, dass die beiden jetzt eine ruhigere Fase haben.
@zuendler: mechanische Reparaturen gehen noch, aber eine Resto nicht.

Because of my financial problems that i have got i am willing to give it for 1600 EURO - shipping included .
The car has no damage , ..the engine and gearbox is working perfect .The car have the German documents (car is register in Germany - TUV Valid 2 YEARS, COC Certificate).I have worked in Germany for one year and I've purchased the car there. My company wanted me back home, so currently I'm in England (United Kingdom).The car it's now located in ENGLAND - United Kingdom.

I'm trying to sell it at this price because I don`t use it anymore (the steering wheel is on left side and it' very difficult for me to drive it), it`s a pity to keep such a car and not to use it.

Im Prinzip ist das eine gute Absicherung beider Parteien. Wenns nur funktionieren wuerde und keine Betrueger dahinter sæssen. Wære das eine bekannte Bank und der Kaufvertrag vernuenftig unter dem Schirm dieser Bank gehen, wære das keine soo riskante Sache, fuer beide Partner.

Mein Sohn hat sein Motorrad æhnlich gekauft ( ohne mein Wissen ). Allerdings hier in Norwegen und ohne Vermittlerbank.
Angezahlt, nach ein paar Tagen bei der Spedition abgeholt, gecheckt, den Rest ueberwiesen. Ging gut.

Was kann an einem Capri 4Zylinder, 2 Liter mit OHC nach 15 jahren Standzeit passiert sein? Der Verkåufer sagt, dass die Ventildeckeldichtung erneuert weden musste wiel sie stark geleckt hat, dass der Motor beim Gangwechsel blau raucht ( wie die alten BMWs), dass die Kupplung rutscht bei høheren Drehzahlen im 4ten Gang. Er meint, die Ventilschaftdichtungen + Kupplung muessten getauscht werden und gut.
Fuer mich sieht es aus als ob der Motor nach unten durchblæst., dadurch die Ventildeckeldichtung ausgeblasen wurde und ebenfalls der hintere Simerring Øl auf die Kupplung durchlæsst.
Sehe ich das richtig? Kann mir das Auto leider nicht anschauen.

Du machst dir also nur Sorgen über den Motor ?

Die Story vom Verkäufer kann stimmen , deine auch. Ohne zu checken, wirds wohl schwer werden, das zu bestimmen.

Bei alten Motoren sind die Ventilschaftdichtungen oder gar Führungen gerne mal hinüber.

Abhängig von der KM Leistung kann man natürlich auch an ein Kolbenübermass denken.

Nen 2 Liter Ford Motor wieder aufzurichten, sollte preislich aber möglich sein.

Der Wagen muss dementsprechend in Ordnung sein. Capris rosten mindestends genauso schnell wie Mantas.

Ob ein Capri ein gutes Anfängerauto ist, lasse ich mal dahingestellt. Habe ja auch mit Manta angefangen.
